Each Area...One, Two, and Three will be awarded 2 Gift Certificates

Sections 1,2,3,4,5,6, and 13 are considered North of the Bridge and are Area Two
Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 are considered South of the Bridge and are Area Three
