Welcome to Productivity Systems Engineering, Inc

In early 1992, PSE was born. As a company, it specializes in helping businesses compete in today's marketplace. Increased competition in a World Wide Market has put tremendous pressure on companies to upgrade their Quality Systems and Operations Departments without an expensive increase in technical staff and overhead.

We design and prepare Quality Manuals for MIL-I-45208, MIL-Q-9858, the International requirements for ISO 9000, or other specific customer needs. We customize manuals around the way the company works. This minimizes upheavals in the operation and the need for additional technical staffing.

We provide training for personnel in Statistical Process Control and Design of Experiments to improve productivity and satisfy customer's demands for continuously improving quality.

As an alternative, if a company has a specific process problem, PSE can analyze it's operations, conduct process improvement experiments and prepare and/or assist the company in the preparation of quality reports on a contract basis.

If they need to standardize their operation, PSE can prepare Procedures, Forms, and Systems while you concentrate on running your business. We can conduct on-site reviews of your needs and prepare a complete plan for you.

Jim and George at work! Jim's my partner

My partner, Jim Francis and I also dabble in some contracting work for a large company based in Norwalk, CT. The company is ERSI .

ERSI

A Company Summary... Electronic Retailing Systems International develops electronic shelf labeling systems (ESLs), which replace paper price tags on retail shelves with liquid crystal display labels and transmit pricing and other information to and from the aisle. The company's system electronically links a store's shelves to its point-of-sale scanners and central computer. ESLs can receive and transmit alphanumeric information in the aisles to customers and store employees, reduce store labor and outside printing expenses required to implement price changes, increase speed of inventory ordering, and enable quicker responses to competitive pricing activities. The company sells its systems primarily to supermarkets. We install, test, and maintain all of the above for ERS.
