ALBERT A. DICKASON
Only chose of us who have witnessed the unfolding of tonight's production from the typed parts to the full-grown performance can know the contribution of Albert Dickason. Mr. "D" has successfully written and directed the entire production from its embryonic stage when "Nellie' and "Frustration Salon" were just a passing thought, to the stage when we were hunting up some "7C7" lights for the final scene. From authoring radio productions in New York, to writing "Soap Operas" for Alka Seltzer, to writing mysteries for the Canadian Broadcasting Company, Albert Dickason's working diligence has become an inspiration to anyone familiar with him.
Along with his script writing Mr. "D" authored many short stories and plays. One of his most popular plays THE MASTER'S CHAIR was produced recently in Hollywood, California. The play, produced in association with Rand Elliot, starred Richard Ney, Jorja Cortwright, and Ona Munsen, was scored as an immediate "Hit" by the west coast critics.
AS to the future Mr. "D" plans to keep building bigger and better editions of CAMPUS THUNDER every year and to "Take everyone by storm" with the musical and dramatic presentations of the University.
